·        Toronto – Beyond refugee claims and H&Cs: screening for other immigration options (1 Professionalism Hour) – Intended for lawyers whose practice is focused on refugee & humanitarian cases. It will discuss best practices for identifying other immigration options by providing an overview of Canadian immigration programs, offering practical screening tools to identify where clients may have other immigration options they should explore with experienced immigration counsel, and working through scenarios with the audience.
